State Farm® Insurance Agent Becky Ledbetter

"Becky and Jennifer have been very helpful. The customer service at State Farm has been significantly better than my previous auto insurance as it was very hard to contact a human vs an automated robot. My poor review does not have to do with the customer service it comes from the fact that I was in 2 accidents (1 not being my fault and 1 my fault) and the State Farm underwriters have decided to not renew my insurance because of the amount of money paid out. Well, isn't the whole reason why we pay for auto insurance? To pay for accidents when they happen? I am pretty upset, as I'm under the impression that it is an insurance company's job to help people when accidents occur. That's the whole reason why people pay for insurance to be protected when accidents happen, which are unpredictable, that's why they're called accidents... I'm pretty disappointed with this company's decision to back out of their end of their job. There was no accident forgiveness opportunity, just simply a "don't let the door hit you on the way out." Again, the customer service was great from when I first started, to when I got into the accidents. That's one of the reasons I'm so baffled. I would've thought they could do more to help me, and all they said is to come back in 3 years when "my record is clear." No thank you, I'm not interested in coming back to a company that is willing to drop me if/when an accident occurs. If you get in an accident, be prepared for the company to not renew your policy!! I understand this is likely out of Becky's direct control, so this review is directed at State Farm itself and not her specifically."

"I was with Becky and her team at State Farm until I had another insurance give me a better quote (so I thought) so of course trying to save money I switched insurance. The price was great for the first year but I didn’t have an agent to work with, I had to go through customer service. It was difficult to get answers and they weren’t very friendly. After the first year my monthly premium jumped 300.00 and when o called they couldn’t tell me why. This didn’t sit right with me, I need to know what I am paying for and why it increased so much, since they couldn’t give me those answers I reached out to Becky for a quote, she was able to get me more coverage for the same amount that O was being charged at my other insurance. That’s not all of it, the customer service that Becky provided made it exceptional. She was patient, gave me different options, was patient as I was deciding which coverage for my family best and never made me feel rushed. This type of service is what you get with Becky and her team! Cheaper is not better and with Becky and State Farm, you get that one one support and she is always available when I need her!
